The way you contact the practice has changed. You should now access the Practice website and complete the online contact and Clinical query form. This will enable us to treat all of our patients quicker and you will no longer need to call at eight o’clock in the morning.
All urgent medical queries submitted before 4 PM on the day will be assessed by a doctor.
If you are unable to use the online system, you can still ring the practice and a member of staff will complete the form for you over the telephone, alternatively you can attend the practice and complete a form or receive assistance completing the form.
All clinical enquiries will go directly to the GP who will assess the information on the same day. The new system will make the way we help our patients faster and better.
