Southfields Group Practice (SGP) Patient Focus Group Satisfaction Survey 2023

In January 2018 the PFG carried out a patient satisfaction survey of 256 patients. The patients were self-selected at various SGP surgery sessions over several weeks. It was agreed in 2023 that the PFG would carry out a similar follow-up survey to see if patient concerns had changed, particularly in the light of the recent COVID pandemic.
