Accessibility and Support

Family members or carers can book appointments on behalf of patients. The system allows you to notify us of any specific accessibility requirements, ensuring we provide the appropriate support and care during your visit.

Please remember to bring your blood test form with you, as we need this to know what to send your blood sample(s) off to be tested for.
