Emis Access

To use the service you have to be registered with Southfields Group Practice and you will need the following:

1: Our Practice ID number
2: your Personal Identification Number (PIN)
3: your Password
4: your NHS number

Please come to the Surgery in person and speak to the Receptionists. You will be given a Registration Letter with your unique registration details that you should keep safe.
